Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Which tier should I choose initially?  Channel, Gold or Platinum?

A:  Every partner starts out as a Channel Partner unless Surveon invites you to join a higher partner level.

Q2: After becoming a Surveon Partner, is it possible to move to a higher tier with increased benefits?

A:  At the end of each calendar quarter, Surveon performs a review of every partner. This review examines each partner’s performance in terms of one’ qualifying criteria and determines whether the partner has over-achieved one’s current tier’s minimum requirements. If so, Surveon will contact the partner and invite one to move to the next tier level.
